I found a Jack Russel and Corgy mixed dog about a year ago and she was horribly abused. I took her to the vet and could not find anyone who had ever brought her in. She has been in my home for about a year and is well on the road to recovery - she has been spayed and is current on all of her shots. She sleeps in her kennel but has the run of most of the house during the day. I am looking for a loving home for her (she is very afraid of loud noises and arguing) so she can share all the love she has inside with a special person. She is absolutely beautiful and desperately needs her own humans. She likes little kids but does have a tendency to jump on people quite a bit. She loves toys, treats and to be petted! She has been around my cats for the past year so she tolerates them but they are not her favorite roommates. Please respond if you have room in your heart and home for this lovely girl! The vet told me, when I found her, that she was under a year at that time. I would guess her age at about 1 1/2 to 2 years old now.

What a cool dog. Thanks for rescuing her and I have moved this to the adoptions section. I will see if I can help find her a home, but where is she located?

She is in Illinois over by Peoria in a small farm town. She is really fun and happy and I will miss her but she needs more time than I have to be with her. She is wonderful with kids and loves everyone. She started life out really badly but now is on the right road!
