Lost yellow Lab Mix

To everyone that has found a lost animal. I know that you can take the pet to have it scanned for a micro-chip at any shelter or vet. The micro-chip allows the shelter or vet to get the owners contact information. Before you list an animal you have found please have them scanned for a micro-chip. That may be the only way to find an owner. As an owner of a missing/lost yellow lab mix I am praying that someone gets my lab somewhere he can be scanned.


Odie is a yellow lab mix. He was last seen around 10am on 1/4/10 in the Grand Meadow subdivision at Parkway Lakes (accross from wal-mart on 99). This is the first time he's gotten lost and is probably very scared. I'm not sure how old Odie is since he was a rescued pet that had been dropped off and left. Odie is very friendly and very well behaved. I think and hope that someone has taken him in so he wasn't out in the cold alone and hungry, but my family and I miss him and want him back so please take him somewhere to get him scanned. He's an older lab mix, has a microchip, house and leash trained, is also fixed. He is yellow with a white chest. Has a black collar. If you have found or seen him please call 281-762-2356. He has a loving family that is missing him and wondering if he is ok. Please help me with any info you have. I would love to tell my children that Odie is doing well and on his way home. Thank you.
