Really worried about my cat.?

We brought a new kitten home about 5 weeks ago, she's settled in great and gets along with my other cats really well, she loves to cuddle up to them whilst they sleep and climb all over them when they're playing. My 'middle child' cat has changed a lot i find since the kitten came home. Boo - my middle child cat, was very close to me as his mother died when he was a week old and so he looked to me for a mother i think. He has become so unaffectionate, he pines and wants to eat 24/7 and hes hyper-vocalizing like crazy. Im so worried about him, he was never a super affectionate or playful cat but now he's just become dull...He barely cares when i dangle hist toy mouse in front of him and he just doesnt look as though he wants to be petted.

My dog's coat wont blow?

My Alaskan Malamute is now 18 months old. Last summer he didn't really seem to blow his coat. Small amounts came out all summer and when I brushed him not much came out. This is his first summer almost full grown. He is 120 pounds and gets very very hot outside. I have friends who have Malamutes and when they blow their coats you can tell because when you brush the dog you gets bags and bags of fur. How can you tell when your dog is blowing it's coat? Or can you even tell? I just want that under coat to come out because he can't be outside for long and he hates being in the house. He has a dog house with a porch but even under the shade he is still hot. I have used a rake, pin brush, and the furmanator. I dislike the furmanator because it just seems to rip out hair that isn't suppose to come out..on his leg where I used it, it is now all red a sore Any ideas on what I can do besides shaving him. And do they blow their coats twice a year?

I own cockatoos... (or am owned by cockatoos), and mine dance, but this one I saw on youtube has got GREAT rythym!

I do believe this bird also did a Taco Bell commercial. The proceeds/money went to these peoples rescue efforts (yes they are a parrot rescue).

He's a nine-week-old boxer that is already showing our Slevin who's boss. Hyper, handsome, and strong, this little guy's been "lucky" because we have nothing else so far...
...and I am having no luck getting a camera and a computer to talk right now. Batteries are dying, computers are crashing...
